You’ve built the life you thought you were supposed to want - maybe even the one you once dreamed of - so you can’t quite understand why it doesn’t feel the way you thought it would
The names, places and circumstances change, but somehow you keep finding yourself back in the same situations, relationships or emotional loops - wondering how you ended up here again
You know something needs to change - you might even know exactly what it is - but every time you get close to choosing differently, fear, doubt or overthinking gives you another reason to wait
You’re sitting across from a friend over coffee, talking about the life you really want - the relationship, the career, the move, the thing you keep saying you’ll do - but you can’t quite explain why you still haven’t chosen it
You’ve become so good at doing what needs to be done that somewhere along the way you’ve lost touch with yourself -and you’re not entirely sure anymore what you actually want
Nothing is necessarily wrong. There’s just something in you that keeps whispering that there’s more - more to experience, more to become, more of yourself you haven’t met yet

I believe people are brought into our lives for a reason, each of us playing a meaningful role in one another’s journey on this earth. Sometimes we encourage growth through our support, other times we propel it through challenge - but every connection has something to teach us.
The person you choose to do this kind of work with matters. You should feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow and, above all, trust that the person sitting across from you understands the weight of what you’re bringing into the room.
So before you decide whether I’m the right person to walk alongside you, I think you should know a little about the path that brought me here too.
