Corporate Workshops

Your Team Doesn’t Need Another Workshop They’ll Forget By Tomorrow

The best team experiences don't just give people information. They get people out of their usual environment, interrupt the way they normally think and give them an opportunity to experience themselves - and each other - differently.

Through breathwork, meditation, sound healing, ice baths and immersive experiences designed around your team, I create spaces that help people reset, connect, challenge themselves and think beyond the patterns they bring into work every day.

Because when people experience something differently, they often return to their work differently too.

Inquire About An Experience

Your People Are Your Company

A company isn't a logo, a building or a brand. It's a group of human beings. And those people bring themselves into work every day.

They bring stress, fear, confidence, creativity, assumptions, habits and energy. How willing they are to speak up. How they react under pressure. How they connect with the people around them. We talk about companies as though they're these separate things. Culture. Performance. Innovation. Engagement. But underneath all of it are people. And the way those people feel, think, communicate and respond shapes what happens inside the business every single day.

When people are exhausted, stressed or stuck in the same ways of thinking, it doesn't stay neatly contained within them. It shows up in conversations, decisions, ideas, relationships and the way they respond when something doesn't go to plan.

But the opposite is true too.

Give people an opportunity to step outside the environment they operate in every day, experience themselves differently, challenge what they think they're capable of and connect with the people around them in a completely different way, and you create space for something new to happen.

Because sometimes the best way to change what happens inside a workplace is to create a different experience for the people inside it.

What Do You Want To Create In The Room?

  • Think Beyond The Obvious

  • When you spend enough time working in the same environment, solving the same kinds of problems and moving through the same routines, it's easy to start seeing things through the same lens. Sometimes the best ideas come when we step outside of what we know, experience something completely different and give our minds somewhere new to go. It creates space to question the obvious answer, explore ideas that might initially seem unrealistic or even ridiculous, and remember that the way things have always been done isn't necessarily the way they need to keep being done.

  • Solve Problems With A Wider Lens

  • When a problem lands in front of us, it's easy to reach for the answer that makes sense within how we already work and think. But there's rarely one way through anything. The more we practice looking at things from different angles, considering other perspectives and questioning what we think we know, the more flexible our thinking becomes. Like anything else, we can strengthen it. Sometimes the goal isn't the quickest answer, but a better question and a solution we hadn't considered.

  • Become Better Humans To Work With

  • We don't work alongside job titles. We work alongside people. People who have different strengths, perspectives, experiences and ways of seeing the world. The more open and curious we are about the people around us, the more we give them space to contribute in ways we may not have expected. Sometimes the person you haven't thought to ask has the perspective the room is missing. Sometimes someone simply needs to feel heard, supported or trusted before you see what they're capable of. When people feel they have space to contribute, share ideas and bring more of themselves into the room, the whole team has more to work with. It also asks us to recognize something we can easily forget: the way we show up affects everyone else in the room. And when that changes, the way we work together can change too.

  • Respond, Don't Just React

  • Most of us don't realize how quickly we react when something feels uncomfortable, uncertain or outside our control. We may defend, avoid, shut down, push harder or reach for whatever gives us the quickest sense of relief. But what happens when you learn to catch yourself in that moment? To pause long enough to notice what's happening, steady yourself and choose how you want to respond instead? These experiences give people a chance to meet themselves in real time, so they can begin recognizing the difference between an automatic reaction and a conscious response.

  • Know When To Pivot

  • We're often taught that when something isn't working, the answer is to work harder, push through or keep trying until it does. But persistence isn't always the smartest response. Sometimes the better decision is to pause, reassess and be willing to change direction. Knowing when to adapt, when to let go of an idea that isn't working and when to start again requires flexibility, self-awareness and the willingness to release what you thought the plan was supposed to look like.

  • Build A Life You Don't Need To Escape From

  • Work can take up far more than the hours we spend doing it. It can follow us home, occupy our thoughts and leave little room for the other parts of ourselves. And when life becomes work, recover from work, wait for the weekend, repeat, eventually we're not bringing the fullest version of ourselves to work either. People need experiences that feed different parts of who they are, spark curiosity, challenge them, connect them with others and remind them what they're capable of. There's something powerful about having those experiences alongside the people you spend so much of your working life with. You see each other outside your usual roles and routines, and discover sides that don't often show up at work. We don't leave that at the office door. We bring that energy, perspective and aliveness back into the way we think, connect, create and contribute.

Experiences For Your Team

Every team is different, so the experience can be too. Choose from the offerings below, combine different modalities, or come to me with an idea of your own. Together, we can create an experience around your people, your event and what you want to bring into the room.

Breathwork & Meditation

Clear the noise. Shift your energy. Sharpen your focus. Access a different state. Break out of familiar patterns. Tap into your own power. Get out of your head and experience yourself differently.

Ice Baths & Cold Exposure

Meet discomfort. Stay when your instinct says get out. Notice your reaction and choose your response. Steady yourself. Push beyond your perceived capacity. Discover what you're capable of when your first reaction isn't making the decision.

Sound Healing

Slow down. Soften. Quiet the noise. Step away from the deadlines, decisions and constant demands. Release the pressure. Give yourself permission to simply receive. Reset. Recalibrate. Return with more space to think.

Custom Experiences

Start with a goal. Combine different experiences. Bring an idea. Create something around what you want your team to walk away with. Try something they wouldn't normally experience together. Let's create something they'll actually remember.

Why Work With Me

  • For more than seven years, I've facilitated breathwork, meditation, sound healing and immersive wellbeing experiences with individuals and groups. Toronto born and raised, with years spent living and working in Dubai, I'm trained and certified in the practices I offer, with experience working with people across different cultures and environments.

But credentials are only part of what makes someone a good facilitator. You have to be able to read a room. To know when to challenge and when to give space. To make something unfamiliar feel approachable. And to create enough trust for people to participate in their own way.

I don't force an experience or follow a script regardless of who's in front of me. Every group is different, and I adapt to the people in the room. Because the experience only works if it feels like it's for them, not something that's being done to them.

Let's Create Something For Your Team

You don't need to know exactly what the experience should look like. Tell me about your team, your event and what you'd like people to walk away with. From there, we can shape something that fits.
