My Sound Healing Journey

Music and sound have always been a part of my life. I grew up playing the harmonium, feeling a natural connection to tones and frequencies that guided me effortlessly, without lessons. At the time, I thought it was just a gift, but over time I realized that this connection was opening a door into healing through sound.

I’ve always noticed how different notes and frequencies affect my emotional state - sometimes bringing clarity, sometimes helping me process what I didn’t even realize I was holding inside. Sound taught me that every emotion deserves to be seen, heard, and felt, and that by leaning into these vibrations, we can invite deep shifts in our body, mind, and spirit.

Now, guiding others through sound healing, I love witnessing the moments when someone sinks into a deep state of relaxation, their body beginning to realign at a cellular level, and their mind feels lighter, calmer, and more present.
