1:1 Sessions

A space to meet yourself fully, exactly as you are

1:1 sessions are an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. This is a space where you are met exactly as you are, without expectation or pressure to be anywhere else. Each session is uniquely tailored to you, either guided by what you arrive with or intuitively curated by me. Together, we create experiences that support clarity, embodiment, and meaningful change, not just in the moment, but in how you move through your life.

How 1:1 Sessions Work

There is no one-size-fits-all approach here. Each session unfolds based on what feels most supportive for you in that moment. Some sessions are quieter and inward, others more embodied or expressive. We may move gently or work more actively, always with intention and care.

Depending on your needs, a session may include:

  • Breathwork & Meditative Practices

  • To regulate the nervous system, release tension, deepen presence, and create space within, allowing you to access clarity, emotional balance, and a stronger connection to your body and inner guidance.   • As an embodied practice to shift your state, build resilience, reconnect you to your inner strength, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence, awareness, in both body and mind. Guided immersion ensures safety and allows you to move beyond hesitation, access new levels of endurance, and experience the therapeutic benefits fully.

  • Sound Healing

  • To guide you into a state of relaxation, emotional release, and connection, helping to harmonize your body, mind, and energy. These sessions can support emotional integration, relieve tension, heighten awareness, and cultivate a deeper sense of calm, presence, and inner alignment.

  • Energy Healing & Talk Therapy

  • To explore emotions, release blocks, gain clarity, and reconnect with your inner strength, while working with the emotional and energetic layers of your being (see more below). Each session is tailored to meet you exactly where you are, blending introspection with subtle energy work to support meaningful, lasting transformation.

    You are always welcome to express what you want to explore, or you can allow me to guide the session intuitively. Often, the most powerful work comes from a combination of modalities woven together in a way that feels natural and supportive.
