My Ice Bath Journey

I started ice baths with nothing but curiosity and a willingness to try something new. That first session left me stunned - not just by the physical shock of cold water, but by the ways my mind and body responded. I realized I needed to work with the discomfort, not against it, and that every plunge was teaching me something about my own resilience, presence, and trust in myself.

What began as weekly experiments has become a practice that continues to deepen my relationship with myself, my body, and my mind - and it’s a practice I now guide others through, safely and intentionally.
